Pink Summons cases are heard in a number of courtrooms throughout New York City.

Most pink summonses issued in Manhattan and Brooklyn will be heard in the same building in Manhattan.  Generally, two courtrooms are operated each day,  one for Brooklyn cases and one for Manhattan cases.

It would be a good idea to get to the courthouse early.  The line can be long.

QUEENS SUMMONS COURT IS SCHEDULED TO MOVE TO THE MAIN CRIMINAL COURT BUILDING AS OF JUNE 11, 2018.  

Starting June 11, 2018, Queens Summons Court will be in the main Criminal Court Building, located at 125-01 Queens Blvd., in Courtroom E122.  The Courtroom is located on the 1st floor (same floor where the main entrance and security is) in the newer "annex" portion of the building.
