Pink Summons Courts

Pink Summonses are issued in all five boroughs of New York City, but not all Pink Summonses are heard in the same Courthouse. Where you go to appear on your pink summons case will depend on the county where you received your summons.

Manhattan (New York County)

If you received a summons in Manhattan (New York County) then you could be going to one of two locations to resolve your summons:

More than likely a New York County pink summons will be heard at the Court located at 346 Broadway in lower Manhattan, near City Hall. (click here for Google Maps with directions)

Brooklyn (Kings County)

Most Brooklyn pink summons cases are heard, at least for the first time in Court, in the same courthouse at 346 Broadway where Manhattan pink summons cases are also heard. (Click Here for Google Maps with Directions)

A small number of pink summons matters from Brooklyn are also heard in Red Hook Community Justice Center, located at 88-94 Visitation Place, Brooklyn, NY.

Queens County

Queens County pink summons cases are heard in the Borough Hall building next door to the main Criminal Courthouse located at 125-01 Queens Blvd. (Click Here for Google Maps with Directions)

Bronx County
